Admissions policies

Our admissions process is designed to be fair, transparent, and faith-aligned.

Admission & lottery policy

When applications exceed available seats, enrollment is determined by a randomized lottery process. Priority is given to:
  • Returning students in good standing
  • Siblings of currently enrolled students
  • Children of staff members
  • General applicant pool
All families are notified of admission status within 2 weeks of the lottery date.

Testing policies

Academic placement assessments help us understand each student’s learning needs. Assessment details by grade:
  • K–2: Informal readiness screening
  • Grades 3–5: Reading and math placement
  • Grades 6–12: Subject-area assessments
  • Transfer students: Prior transcripts reviewed
Results are used for placement only, not for admission decisions.
